There has been much ado about Congressman Joe Wilson (R-SC) telling President OBAMA “You lie!!!” during last nights address to Congress. While I understand perhaps he should have kept his mouth shut and not said anything, especially given the fact that the point he claimed was a lie probably in fact was not. Regardless, nothing pisses me off more than seeing faggot democrats bash the guy and demand he apologize on the House floor today. HOW FUCKING HOLIER THAN THOU!!! When it happened last night I seemed to remember the same thing happening to President Bush a few years ago. And about a much less political divisive issue. The war in Iraq? No. Health care? No. It was about social security which in 2005 it was not a boiler plate topic that health care is today. People weren’t showing up at town hall meetings verbally abusing their Representatives and Senators. Further when Bush was heckled it was at his 2005 State of the Union Address. Last night was merely a national address that typically would have occurred in the Oval Office. For those of you that don’t get the distinction I’m trying to make, let me spell it out. When Bush appeared in Congress it was at the invitation of Congress that he was there. Congress officially invites the President every year to address them as a single group. Last night, OBAMA INVITED HIMSELF into the Capitol! Some of the people there probably resented the fact that he was using the grand stage to push his agenda as many Presidents had never done. So fuck all you high and mighty Democrats, FUCK YOU ALL!!!
